My Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in existential philosophy — an exploration of what it means to live authentically and take responsibility for our lives, even when that feels challenging or uncertain.

I work integratively, recognising that each client’s experiences and needs are unique and I tailor my work to reflect that individuality. I weave together techniques from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to meet each person where they are.

My Approach

Existential Therapy

My approach is grounded in existential philosophy, which explores what it means to live authentically and take responsibility for our choices. Existential approach acknowledges the anxiety that can arise from making genuine decisions and facing life’s uncertainties, while also embracing the growth and meaning that come from doing so.

Existential Therapy invites us to pause and ask: Who am I? What matters most? How do I wish to live my life? These questions guide my practice and reflect my belief that we are constantly unfolding, growing, and rediscovering who we are.

I believe that we are complex individuals made up of many different parts — and sometimes those parts can feel as though they’re in conflict with one another. My aim is to help bring these parts into dialogue and harmony, so you can live a more coherent, balanced life and feel more like your whole, authentic self.

My approach

Strong, trusting connection

At the core of my approach to therapy is the relationship we create together. I strive to create a warm, safe, and trusting environment where you feel fully supported to explore your thoughts and emotions in your own time. It’s through this genuine connection that real understanding and lasting change can begin to take shape.
