I work with adults from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds who are experiencing challenges such as:

  • work-related stress;
  • eating disorders;
  • body dysmorphia;
  • relationship difficulties;
  • anxiety;
  • depression;
  • OCD;
  • complex PTSD;
  • bereavement;
  • family issues

I believe therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis. There are many reasons you might seek therapy — you might want to better understand yourself, explore patterns in your relationships, or find new ways to approach daily struggles. Sometimes therapy is simply about creating space to reflect and grow, so you can live in a way that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

My aim is to offer you a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind. Together, we can explore what’s been holding you back and find ways to support your healing and growth. I’m passionate about helping people find a sense of calm, feel more connected to themselves, and create a life that feels meaningful.
